For anyone who likes to know everything
The stoa is an adults-only guesthouse in the heart of the village of San Vigilio di Marebbe (Val Badia, South Tyrol). We designed our home as an oasis of calm and an ideal destination for a romantic getaway. To ensure a relaxed atmosphere, we welcome guests aged 14 and over.
The principle of lightness matters to us when it comes to the formalities too. We want you to have all of the information that you need to ensure that your stay runs as smoothly as possible.

Prices
Our prices are per person per night (minimum 3 nights) and include:

Extras
For stays of up to two nights, we charge a supplement of € 10 per person per night. Supplement for single occupancy of a double room: € 30 per night.
Reductions
Person over 14 years of age in an extra bed (only available in the Aurona Room): –15 % discount on the price. Suite: All occupants pay the full price.
Check-in/out
Your room will be ready for you to move in from 2pm on the day you arrive and is available to you until 10 am on the day you leave. If you arrive later or leave earlier than planned, we will invoice you for the period of time booked.
Reservation/deposit
We consider your reservation to be confirmed only upon receipt of your deposit by bank transfer or click-to-pay.
If you cancel your reservation, the deposit will not be refunded.

Breakfast buffet
Our comprehensive “Breakfast Happiness” for a wonderful start to your day's holiday – home-made jams, delicious varieties of cheese, South Tyrolean cold meat delicacies, various bread rolls, sweet temptations, yoghurt with muesli, a selection of fruit plus freshly prepared egg dishes and waffles.
Evening buffet
“Light & Lovely” – our light fare on an evening always includes the soup of the day, local varieties of cheese with different chutneys, bread and focaccia, vegetable, meat and fish-based starters, sausages from the farm, yoghurt and fresh fruit, and cakes and desserts (from 5.30 to 7.30 pm).

Weekly aperitivo and light, romantic atmosphere in the bar and lounge
Wellness
Free use of “7th Heaven” – sky pool, sky sauna and quiet areas with a view of the mountains and the Intimate Spa with sauna, steam bath, jacuzzi, quiet room and, for an additional fee, the solarium. Different tea varieties and detox water available.
